The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an organization representing property management professionals, has teamed with the Center for Real Estate Technology & Innovation (CRETI) on a strategic partnership to advance the integration of proptech in real estate management.
According to the organizations, the new partnership seeks to develop industry best practices and encourage the adoption of emerging technologies within the real estate management sector at both a US and international level. IREM and CRETI will collaborate on a wide range of initiatives, including joint advocacy efforts, the development of educational content, and co-branded events such as webinars, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
“Through this partnership, we’re thrilled to enhance our range of cutting-edge proptech solutions,” says 2024 IREM President Libby Ekre. “Collaborating with CRETI reinforces IREM’s dedication to equipping our members with the knowledge and resources they need to lead in our dynamic profession.”
“This partnership between CRETI and IREM reinforces our commitment to shaping a future where innovation and leadership work together, ensuring Certified Property Managers are fully prepared to meet the evolving demands of the industry,” said Ashkan Zandieh, founder and managing director of CRETI. “Together, we’re driving innovation that will reshape the residential, commercial, and multifamily industry, enhancing operational efficiency and setting new standards for tenant satisfaction and asset performance.”
