Keener Management, a Houston-based multifamily property management firm, has announced the appointment of Sandra Kainer as regional vice president.
In her new role, Sandra will oversee the company’s portfolio, providing strategic guidance and support to drive operational excellence across the company’s properties. Prior to joining Keener, she served as senior regional supervisor at AOG Living, where she oversaw operations for more than 2,000 units. The company noted Kainer’s expertise in managing diverse property types, including roles in conventional, bond, tax credit, HUD, and lease-up communities.
