The Trump Organization has partnered with the Dubai-based real estate developer Dar Global to construct two new luxury projects in the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh.

Gulf Business reports the new projects will be aimed at the luxury Saudi Arabian market and international investors. Dar Global, a London-based luxury real estate developer that will lease the Trump brand but fully own and develop the projects.

The Riyadh developments mark the fourth and fifth collaborations between the Trump Organization and Dar Global, which is the international arm of Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan. In July, the Trump Organization and Dar Global announced plans for a Trump-branded tower in Dubai. The companies previously collaborated on a $4 billion project in Oman that opened in 2022.

“We are proud to expand our collaboration with The Trump Organization and deliver new iconic projects in Riyadh, building on the success of Trump International Oman. These developments will redefine luxury living in Saudi Arabia’s capital and strengthen our presence in this high-growth market,” said Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global.

The Trump Organization is owned by President-elect Trump and run by his sons Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr.
