Homebuilder D.R. Horton (NYSE:DHI) has unveiled Viridian, its new master-planned community in Salem, Utah.
According to the company, Viridian will offer a mix of townhomes, cottages, larger single-family homes and active adult twin homes. Community amenities will include a pool, splash pad, clubhouse and 25-acre park with soccer fields and community gathering spaces.
The first homes in Viridian are expected to be available for sale in January. The company did not announce the pricing for the properties.
