Clearwater Living, the Newport Beach, California-based real estate and property management company focused on the development and operation of senior living communities, has promoted Danielle Morgan to CEO.
Morgan has served as the company’s president since 2016. Earlier in her career, she served as chief operations officer of MBK Senior Living for 10 years. She currently serves on the board of directors for the California Assisted Living Association and is the past board chairperson of itsexecutive committee. She is also a member of the executive board for the American Senior Housing Association.
Additionally, Clearwater announced that Kristine Delgado has been promoted to chief revenue officer. She served as Clearwater’s senior vice president of sales and marketing since 2017.
