Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc. has announced its first international expansion through a licensing agreement with HomeLovers, a real estate firm based in Lisbon, Portugal.
The Portuguese brokerage will operate under the new name HomeLovers – Weichert while leveraging the Weichert brand and its systems, tools, and resources. Miguel Tilli, who launched HomeLovers in 2011, stated, “With the growing number of American buyers in Portugal, we saw a fantastic opportunity to align with a successful American brand that can help build our credibility with these buyers. While researching potential partners, Weichert’s core values and family-run approach resonated with us, making it the perfect fit.”
HomeLovers – Weichert serves clients throughout Lisbon, Porto, Comporta, and surrounding regions.
