Tiffany Stanley Named Chief Operating Officer at Maxx Properties

Maxx Properties, a Purchase, New York-based company that owns and manages apartment communities in seven states, announced the appointment of Tiffany Stanley as chief operating officer.

In her new job, Stanley will lead all revenue, expense, operations and capital improvements for the company. She most recently served as managing director and head of property and asset management at BMC Investments in Denver and previously held leadership roles at Steadfast Apartment REIT and Camden Property Trust.

“Tiffany’s addition to our executive team comes at an exciting time for MAXX Properties,” said CEO Bill Markey. “As we grow our portfolio and continue to refine our operational excellence, Tiffany’s collaborative leadership style and strong track record will be instrumental in driving best-in-class outcomes for our investors.”
