Zillow (NASDAQ: Z, ZG) has unveiled five new features on its platform designed to improve the user friendliness in the homebuying, selling and renting processes.

The new features include the following:

SkyTour: Available on eligible Zillow Showcase listings, the tool provides a drone-like 3D view of a home’s exterior. With simple, intuitive controls, buyers can fly around a property virtually to

Offer Insights: A new feature for sellers and their agents that highlights how different offer prices might perform in today’s market.

Rentals Costs & Fees Breakdown: A detailed cost breakdown of move-in expenses, monthly charges and any extra fees on rental listings when that information is provided by the property manager.

Tour Itineraries: A tool designed for buyers and their agents to plan and manage home tours.

BuyAbility: An affordability tool powered by Zillow Home Loans that offers buyers a real-time, personalized estimate of the home price and monthly payment they can afford, along with their likelihood of qualifying for a loan.

All five features are now live nationwide on Zillow’s website and mobile apps.
