Austin-based MaestroX has launched MaestroX Connect, an AI-powered document platform designed for title searches.

According to the company, the new scalable platform can be used by title agents, escrow officers, settlement agents, underwriters, real estate attorneys, and anyone else who needs title searches performed. Vendors can be onboarded and managed in a single dashboard while the platform provides direct integrations into title production software including SoftPro and Ramquest.

The company added MaestroX’s data extraction automates the reading, structuring, and bookmarking of all files, thus reducing manual file handling and freeing teams from repetitive, low-value tasks.

“We’ve brought together the best of both worlds—title search experts who have walked the courthouse floors for decades, and technology leaders who’ve scaled some of the most successful B2B SaaS platforms in the market,” said Christopher Leonard, CEO of MaestroX. “With this combination, MaestroX Connect isn’t just an innovation, it’s the foundation for the next era of title operations.”
