The 13,000-member San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) is rebranding as multiple listing service as LERA MLS.

According to the organization, the switch from SABOR MLS to LERA MLS was “the result of thoughtful research, collaborative feedback and a shared vision for the future of real estate.” The LERA acronym stands for “Local, Expertise, Regional Access,” and the rebranding was designed to reflect the realtor group’s evolution.

“For decades, the San Antonio Board of Realtors has been the driving force behind one of the most trusted MLSs in the region,” said the organization on its website. “As the market expanded across ZIP codes, counties and even MLS boundaries, so did our vision for what the MLS could be. LERA MLS was created to reflect this growth – an independent brand designed to serve a broader region while staying true to the values that made the MLS strong. SABOR remains a proud shareholder in LERA MLS, ensuring our shared commitment to professionalism, innovation and member service continues into the future.”
