Two prominent real estate brokerages serving Southern Nevada, GK Properties and Signature Real Estate Group, have announced a strategic merger.

The Las Vegas Journal-Review reports the combined company will operate under the Signature name after Oct. 8. George Kypreos, broker and owner of GK Properties, and Brandon Roberts, corporate broker and co-founder of Signature Real Estate Group, will both own 50% of the combined companies, which will have 550 real estate agents.

“This merger is about raising the bar for Southern Nevada real estate. By bringing our teams together, we’re expanding how we support agents and improving the experience for buyers and sellers across the valley,” said Kypreos.

“Signature was built on collaboration and agent growth. Partnering with GK allows us to increase what we can offer our agents and serve the community with even greater impact,” added Roberts.
