The homebuilder Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) has announced its newest luxury community, Crestline at Brushy Creek, is coming soon to the Austin suburb of Cedar Park, Texas.
The new community will feature single-family residences on 60- and 70-foot home sites. The residences will encompass one- and two-story floor plans and range in size from 2,800 to over 4,700 square feet of living space. Community amenities will include a pool with cabanas.
Homes are anticipated to be priced from $1 million and the community is anticipated to open for sale in early 2026.
