The luxury real estate brokerage SERHANT. has opened its first location in Las Vegas.
The market will be led by Bill Oskilanec as managing broker of Nevada operations. Oskilanec has more than 20 years of real estate experience and was most recently director of operations with the Las Vegas office of Sotheby’s International Realty.
This marks the fourth new market entry for SERHANT. in 2025, following expansions into the Rhode Island, Washington, DC metro area, and Phoenix markets.
