New Jersey legislators are considering a new bill that would require every county in the state to provide free instant notifications of potential property title theft.
NJ1015.com reports that only about half of New Jersey’s 21 counties now offer this free service. State Sen. Robert Singer (R-Ocean) has introduced a bill (S4751) that would make property fraud alerts statewide.
“Our biggest investment, for most of us in life, is our home,” said Singer. “And the last thing you need is to be tied up in a fight as to who really owns your home.”
Singer added that the inspiration for his bill came from television advertisements for companies that offer paid services related to title insurance and title protection.
“These are the kind of things, people say, ‘Where do my tax dollars go?’” Singer stated “To protect you from fraud. A simple thing, a good thing being done in Monmouth and Ocean counties, and it should be statewide.”

The new crooked governor does not care about the tax payers. She is a woke idiot. Hack should have won.
