New Jersey Realtors has named Gloria Siciliano as its 2026 president.
Siciliano received her broker’s license in 2001 and opened RE/MAX Gateway in Ocean Township, New Jersey, in 2006. She was president-elect in 2025 and treasurer in 2022 and 2023 and serves on New Jersey Realtors’ board of directors. She has served on the National Association of Realtors board of directors since 2012.
Judy Moriarity, the broker of record across four states for Zillow Inc., was named president-elect for 2026 while Janet Ginsbgerg, broker/manager with Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, became first vice president. Phil Greco, past president of the Mid Jersey Association of Realtors, was named treasurer while Doug Thomson continues to hold the CEO position.
