The homebuilder Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) announced the grand opening of Dry Canyon, a gated 55+ master-planned community in Redmond, Oregon.
Dry Canyon offers eight single-level home designs across two collections, The Summit and The Ridge, featuring open floorplans that range from approximately 1,219 to 2,317 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two to three full baths. Amenities will include a future clubhouse with an indoor pool, pickleball courts, pocket parks, and walking trails.
The grand opening event will take place on Jan. 31, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm PST. Pricing on the new residences start in the low $400,000s.
