The law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced the hiring of Clay Pulliam as a partner in the real estate group.

Pulliam will be based in Dallas and will advise clients on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, financing, workouts, leasing, and joint ventures. His experience spans a wide range of property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, hospital, and high-density mixed-use developments.

Before entering private practice, Pulliam served as in-house counsel for Hillwood Development Company, where he oversaw legal matters for industrial, hospitality, office, residential, and retail investments. He received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and his B.B.A. in economics and finance from Baylor University.

“Clients value Clay for his practical judgment, commercial perspective, and ability to navigate complex transactions with a business-first mindset,” said Marcus Mollison, co-chairman of the real estate practice group at Dorsey & Whitney. “We are thrilled to welcome Clay to the firm.”
