The National Association of Realtors (NAR) is now accepting applications for its 2026 Good Neighbor Awards, which recognizes members involved in community-focused volunteer service.
NAR will name five winners who will each receive a $10,000 grant for their affiliated volunteer organization, while five honorable mentions will each receive a $2,500 grant. The winners will be honored in November during NAR NXT, The Realtor Experience, in New Orleans.
Since its launch in 2000, the Good Neighbor Awards have recognized more than 260 realtors for their volunteer efforts and contributed over $1.5 million to realtor-led nonprofits.
The application deadline is April 10, and the competition is open to NAR members who made “a significant impact” as a volunteer at a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. More information is available online at https://nar.realtor/gna.
“Service is at the heart of what it means to be a realtor,” says NAR President Kevin Brown. “The Good Neighbor Awards recognize members who strengthen neighborhoods, support families and help communities thrive through volunteer service. We are excited to see the nominations and celebrate the impact realtors are making every day.”
