The Tampa Bay Rays unveiled their initial renderings of the new domed stadium they plan to construct at Hillsborough College’s Dale Mabry campus.

Stadium Journey reports the 31,000-seat stadium will encompass approximately 130 acres, along with a mixed-use district. The project is budgeted at $2.3 billion, with the team announcing it would cover half of the costs to construct the venue; the public funding aspect of the project has yet to be determined.

While the stadium is still in the planning stages, the team is giving its fans first dibs on seating. For a $19.98 deposit on the Rays’ website, fans can enjoy early access to seating.
