The homebuilder Century Communities Inc. (NYSE: CCS) announced it will soon begin selling residences at its latest project, Ellison Townhomes in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
The new townhome community will offer 1,402-square-foot residences with three bedrooms and an attached one-bay garage. The community’s amenities include community walking trails, a playground, and a dog park.
Pricing for the residences start in the low $200,000s.
