Sotheby’s International Realty Canada announced the appointment of Mustafa Abbasi as president. He succeeds Effi Barak, who has served as interim president since April 2025.
Abbasi was the founding president and chief operating officer of the Zolo real estate platform. He led his company’s 2022 merger with Questrade Financial Group, where he served as president and chief operating officer of Zolo Ventures.
