eXp Realty, a subsidiary of eXp World Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPI), announced that its agents will be able to syndicate “Coming Soon” pre-market listings to the portals Realtor.com, Homes.com, and ComeHome.com (Google Search).
The listings will be made available starting April 15 on a non-exclusive basis, subject to compliance with the rules and guidelines of their local MLS. According to the Bellingham, Washington-headquartered company, these listings will be distributed through the third-party listing distribution platform Zenlist.
