The luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE:TOL) announced its newest townhome community, Toll Brothers at South Park, will open in late 2026 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Toll Brothers at South Park will feature residences encompassing over 2,000 square feet of open-concept living space, private covered outdoor living areas, two-car garages, and secondary bedroom suites. The townhomes are anticipated to be priced from the mid-$900,000s.
