Realtracs, Tennessee’s largest MLS with more than 19,000 professionals across six states, has expanded its coverage nationwide.
The company announced Compass International Holdings (NYSE: COMP) and United Real Estate have committed to contributing their listings to the Realtracs platform. The company added it was also receiving “growing interest from additional brokerages.”
“We support broker, agent, and client choice,” said Stuart White, president and CEO of Nashville-headquartered Realtracs. “Our role is not to dictate a single model. It is to provide the infrastructure that allows those strategies to coexist within one connected system, without breaking cooperation or limiting opportunity.”
