The property data provider Cotality has rolled out its Cotality Broker Listing Exchange (BLX), an enterprise-grade listing management workflow tool designed to provide brokerages with a unified environment to manage their listing data and distribution strategy from the point of inception.

According to the company, the new tool enables brokerages to manage pre-market activity and control how listings are distributed across MLSs, portals, and partners by using a single branded, streamlined platform.

HomeServices of America and Keller Williams are the first brokerages to activate Cotality BLX. Furthermore, Cotality said it will collaborate with other MLS providers to ensure BLX integrates seamlessly into their existing platforms.

“Cotality has always believed that a healthy industry depends on a strong, transparent MLS and the sovereignty of the brokerage,” said Patrick Dodd, president and CEO of Cotality. “With Cotality BLX, we aren’t just giving brokers a tool to operate in today’s new marketplace; we are providing a solution that enables compliance, safeguards data, and helps preserve the professional standards that our industry and consumers expect.”
