Corcoran Group LLC has announced its first franchise affiliate on Long Island with the launch of Corcoran SRG Residential, a brokerage based in Syosset, New York.
The brokerage was founded in 2023 by co-owners David Cohen, Jared Sarney, and Sam Horowitz. It serves clients across some of Long Island’s affluent communities in Nassau and Western Suffolk County. Since its inception, it generated more than $800 million in sales.
