Atlanta-headquartered Thrive Senior Living has announced its latest senior living development will be Thrive at Brooks Dairy Farm, based in the Chattanooga suburb of Ooltewah, Tennessee.
The development will be based on the 80-acre site of a now-defunct dairy farm and will encompass approximately 400 units of senior living options including 55+ single-family homes for sale, independent living cottages, independent living apartments, assisted living, and memory care. The single-family homes will be developed by Chattanooga-based RP Communities.
