The luxury builder Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) has unveiled new communities across four states.
The company’s Oakvale at Yardley is now open in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This community features 47 single-family residences on half-acre home sites, with home designs ranging from 3,677 to over 5,210 square feet. The homes include four to five bedrooms, three to six bathrooms, and two- to four-car garages, with pricing starting from $1.59 million.
Elsewhere on the East Coast, the company announced the grand opening of the model home at its Toll Brothers at The Pinehills – Broadleaf townhome community in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This new development is located within the Pinehills master-planned community and offers three home designs ranging from two to three bedrooms and up to four bathrooms, with two-car garages. Pricing starts from the upper $800,000s.
Furthermore, Toll Brothers announced the grand opening of Torrente, a new single-family home community in Eagle, Idaho. The residences offer single-story and two-story floor plans ranging from approximately 1,560 to more than 4,760 square feet. and select home sites can accommodate boat and recreational vehicle garages. Pricing starts in the mid-$500,000s.
Toll Brothers has also created the luxury condo community Vista Ventana, which will open for sales on July 18 in La Mirada, California. Vista Ventana offers 42 townhome-style condos with two- and three-story home designs featuring three to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half baths and attached two-car garages. Prices start from the low $900,000s.
