Reston, Virginia-headquartered Stanley Martin Homes LLC announced its acquisition of the Florida-focused Holiday Builders Inc.
Established in 1983, Holiday Builders constructs single-family homes across Florida. In 2025, the company closed approximately 1,050 homes statewide.
Stanley Martin Homes stated the acquisition will expand its Florida footprint beyond its existing presence in the Orlando and Tampa markets. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and Holiday Builders will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Stanley Martin Homes upon the completion of the transaction.
