The real estate investment and development firm Turnbridge Equities has begun leasing at Mailman Post, a new build-to-rent (BTR) community of 141 townhomes and detached single-family homes in the Raleigh suburb of Knightdale, North Carolina.
The community offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts with fenced yards and private one- and two-car EV-read garages. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, pickleball court, resident clubhouse with fitness center, dog park, and chip and putt courses.
Townhome rentals start under $2,000 per month, and most single-family homes are priced below $3,000 per month. Greystar is in charge of leasing and property operations for the community.
