CBRE (NYSE:CBRE) has hired Andrea Grigg as senior managing director and global head of hotels asset management for CBRE Hotels.
Grigg will be based in Atlanta and is tasked with developing and leading the firm’s global hotel asset management and operator selection practice. She will also oversee brand selection and management contract negotiation services.
Grigg joins CBRE from JLL, where she spent the last 16 years as a leader in the firm’s hotel asset management practice.
