The real estate data provider ATTOM announced the launch of ATTOM Nexus, a new self-service platform designed to simplify how organizations evaluate and integrate the company’s data offerings.
The new platform enables users to explore metadata and schema across property, neighborhood, geospatial and analytics datasets. It also provides visualization tools that identify where each dataset is available, all the way down to individual counties. Datasets can be delivered across multiple formats, including Snowflake and S3, and ATTOM added Nexus is designed to speedily address high-volume data integration.
“Our clients aren’t just working with property records anymore – they’re building sophisticated solutions that combine property, neighborhood, and lifestyle data at scale,” said Todd Teta, chief product and technology officer at ATTOM. “With ATTOM Nexus, we’ve created a best-in-class experience that makes it easier than ever to see what data is available, evaluate its quality, and start putting it to work.”
