Paradero Homes, a collection of 26 residences within the Baja California-based hotel Paradero Todos Santos, is collaborating with the Beverly Hills-based Jones Fridman International & Associates at Compass to market the residential development to affluent American buyers.
The endeavor will be coordinated by the real estate agents Tomer Fridman, Amir Ensani, and Jen Winston, and it marks Paradero Homes’ entrance into the US market. The residences were designed by Mexican architect Gabriela Carrillo and Owners, and the new residents will have full access to the amenities at Paradero Todos Santos, including the wellness sanctuary and spa, farm-to-table Michelin Guide dining, a 130-foot infinity pool, and a variety of immersive experiences including surfing, mountain biking and private luxury voyages on the Sea of Cortez aboard the hotel’s custom-built, eco-friendly catamaran.
Pricing on the residences will start at $2.5 million.
