Bell Partners, a Greensboro, North Carolina-based apartment investment and management company, has recruited Sarah C. Young as its next chief financial officer (CFO). She will succeed John Tomlinson, who is retiring on Aug. 22.
Young previously served as CFO and senior managing director at Quarterra Group, a subsidiary of the homebuilder Lennar Corp. Earlier in her career, she was part of the finance group at Walton Street Capital, where she managed equity commitments across several funds.
