Is a WRE News account free?
Yes. The Discounts & Benefits membership is free at launch. There are no membership or subscription fees, and you are never required to buy from a partner to keep the free account. Some independent partners charge for their own products or services. If WRE News introduces an optional paid program in the future, its costs and terms will be clearly disclosed separately.
Do I need an account to browse?
Yes. Public offers can be browsed without registering. Some deals require a verified WRE News account before redemption.
Can I use my existing WRE News account?
Yes. Eligible existing WRE News account holders can verify their email and retain their current sign-in credentials. Existing store accounts are preserved.
Will signing up also subscribe me to WRE News newsletters?
Only if you choose to receive them. The free Benefits registration form has a separate, optional checkbox for WRE News newsletters and Discounts & Benefits updates. You choose your state and whether you want Mortgage, Real Estate or Both. The box is not preselected and declining it does not affect Benefits membership. Your preference is recorded after email verification. Newsletter preferences and opted-in updates are handled through ActiveCampaign, separately from account verification messages. Essential account verification and password-reset messages are separate from newsletters.
Why must I sign into WRE News to use GreatPerks?
GreatPerks requires members to enter its discounts program through an authenticated WRE News account. Sign in with your free WRE News membership and choose the GreatPerks member-access link. The GreatPerks website operates separately; its own eligibility or session checks may still apply. We do not collect payment-card information for merchant purchases.
Will my old WRE Benefits login work?
We are working with our existing partners to determine how previously registered members can transition without losing access. We will not assume or transfer old passwords. Updated instructions will appear here once partner requirements are confirmed.
Where do I enter a discount code?
For offers with approved codes, the redemption process will show the code and direct you to the relevant partner. Apply the code according to that partner’s instructions and verify the final price before buying.
Does WRE News collect or store my credit card information?
No. Discounts & Benefits does not ask for, collect, process or store your credit card information for purchases from our partners. You complete payments directly with the company offering the product or service using that company’s checkout. Do not enter payment card details into WRE News Benefits registration or inquiry forms.
Who is responsible for purchases, orders and refunds?
The company you purchase from—not WRE News. Participating merchants are responsible for payments, orders, products, shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds, warranties and purchase-related customer service. WRE News does not sell, charge for, fulfill, modify or refund partner purchases. If you have a question or problem with something you bought, contact the merchant directly. WRE News can correct an inaccurate offer description or broken link on our website, but cannot resolve a merchant’s transaction.
Does WRE News earn commissions from partner offers?
Some offers are affiliate or referral partnerships. WRE News may receive a commission or referral fee directly from the partner when a qualifying transaction or inquiry occurs. This is revenue for WRE News, not compensation paid to the member. WRE News does not charge a membership commission or an additional fee for using a referral link.
Do members earn money for joining or promoting benefits?
No. WRE News does not pay members commissions, referral fees, rewards or compensation for joining, using, sharing or promoting Discounts & Benefits.
