CAPREIT, a North Bethesda, Maryland-based real estate operating company responsible for the ownership and management of more than $6 billion of US multifamily assets, has hired Harlan B. Krichman as president of property management.
Krichman will oversee all aspects of property management operations across the CAPREIT portfolio. In his role, he will provide strategic leadership that drives operational excellence, resident satisfaction, associate development and the company’s long-term growth.
Prior to joining CAPREIT, Krichman was founder and president of Keystone Solutionz, a multifamily real estate and consulting company. He also served president and CEO at CRM Residential, Merion Residential and Resource Residential.
