Homebuilder Century Communities Inc. (NYSE: CCS) announced that their Century Complete brand will soon be offering new homes at Sable Run, a new community in Ocala, Florida.
The community will offer two single-story floor plans up to 2,067 square feet and four bedrooms, and each unit will have two-bay garages and covered patios. Pricing starts from the $300,000s, and the community will be based about 36 miles from Gainesville.
