Compass Inc. (NYSE: COMP) has announced its acquisition of PorchLight Real Estate Group, a Colorado-based brokerage.
Founded in 2005 by Amy Bayer and Carol Bayer, PorchLight serves the Denver and Boulder markets. In 2024 alone, the brokerage closed $922.3 million in sales volume.
As part of the transition, PorchLight agents will operate under the Compass brand and integrate into the company’s local operations. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
