CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) has brought an artificial intelligence (AI) component to its Apartments.com platform.
According to the company, the newly launched Apartments.com Ai replaces traditional filters and keyword searches with natural, real-time conversations. Apartments.com Ai is designed to understand renter preferences, answer complex questions, compare communities, offer relevant recommendations and guide consumers through every stage of the apartment search journey by using Matterport 3D Tours and rich media experiences. The platform can also assist renters with contacting property owners or managers.
The new offering follows CoStar Group’s recently introduced Homes Ai, an interactive conversational search experience designed for homebuyers.
