The luxury real estate developer Dar Global has announced its second collaboration with The Trump Organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The new Trump Plaza Jeddah will include luxury residences, including townhomes and serviced apartments, along with office space. According to the companies, the development will feature a “Central Park-inspired green spine, a landscaped park running the length of the development, anchoring the residences and serviced apartments and bringing the essence of Manhattan to Jeddah.”
The property, which is being valued at over $1 billion, is the second Trump-branded development in Saudi Arabia, following the launch of Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024. Dar Global is the international arm of Dar Al Arkan, a leading Saudi developer.
“We are honored to expand our footprint in Saudi Arabia with the Trump Plaza Jeddah,” said Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organization. “This project embodies our vision of excellence by blending world-class hospitality, modern living, and dynamic business environments. Together with Dar Global, we are creating a destination that will set a new benchmark for prestige and innovation in the Kingdom.”
I guess draining the swamp does not include Trump! This development does not surprise me at all. The whole Trump family are in bed with the country where the 9/11 terrorist came from. A 19 yr old is worth 150 million and maybe by the end of the year much more. Our president gained 4 billion so far to his net worth. He couldn’t care less if the country shut downs or not.
