A real estate agent in Cleveland, Tennessee, has been found dead and her ex-husband was charged with her murder.
The Chattanoogan reports Craig Liner, 61, is in custody charged with first-degree murder and felony murder of Karen Hopper Liner, an affiliate broker with Bender Realty who was found dead at her home. He is being held at the Bradley County Justice Center with no bond.
The victim previously worked as a nurse before switching careers in October 2020 to pursue the real estate profession. She described her work on her web page by stating, “I love meeting new people and making new friends every day. I look forward to helping others achieve their dreams through the purchase of a home or investment property in my wonderful town.”
