Riverside, California-based Fenceworks, an installer and distributor of fencing products serving homebuilders, general contractors, and local fencing providers, has expanded into the Texas market with its T-Bar Fence, a provider of fencing, gate, and sport court installation services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded more than 40 years ago, T-Bar specializes in wood, chain-link, wrought iron, and vinyl fencing, as well as tennis, pickleball, and multi-purpose sport court installations.
Fenceworks, a portfolio company of the Westport, Connecticut-based private equity firm Gemspring Capital, operates in nearly 20 locations across the country.
