Mortgage Research Center, LLC, the parent company of Veterans United Home Loans, has launched First Residential Independent Mortgage, a full-service mortgage lender.
Headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, First Residential Independent Mortgage will specialize in conventional and FHA loans and will offer down payment assistance loan products through its existing partnerships. The move marks the sunsetting of the company’s Paddio lending brand, and all current Paddio employees will transition to roles at First Residential Independent Mortgage. In addition, First Residential Independent Mortgage is planning to hire new loan officers.
“At First Residential Independent Mortgage, our focus is on enhancing as many lives as possible,” said Ryan Kluttz, director of production at First Residential Independent Mortgage. “We’re building on a strong foundation of purchase expertise and national lending experience. We’ll be growing our team and investing in technology that allows us to deliver a seamless, personalized borrower experience that takes the guesswork out of buying or refinancing a home,” he said.
