Florida’s most expensive residential property has seen its listing price cut.
The Palm Beach Daily News reported that 10 Tarpon Isle, located on a private island in Palm Beach, has been relisted for $187.5 million. The property was available for the first part of last year for $218 million before being taken off the market.
The 2.3-acre artificial island can be reached by bridge and has a combined 1,163 feet of waterfront on its four sides. The 11-bedroom residence encompasses 28,618 square feet and includes a 98-foot lakefront swimming pool. The property’s original house was built in 1937 and was converted into a guest pavilion.
The property last changed hands in July 2021 for $85 million – a record price at the time for Palm Beach – and was listed three months later at $125 million for the land and the renovations planned for the original residence. During that time, the property had a second listing for $210 million as the pre-construction price of the main residence.
“The price has been adjusted given construction is now fully completed,” Suzanne Frisbie, an agent with the Corcoran Group. “While under construction, (the property’s) ownership left room in the price in case a prospective buyer might like to add or make changes to the home.”
