Farmer Mac (NYSE: AGM, AGM.A) announced the hiring of Geraldine Hayhurst as executive vice president – chief legal officer and secretary, effective Sept. 8. Current Executive Vice President – General Counsel and Secretary Stephen Mullery will retire on April 3, 2026, after 25 years of service.

Hayhurst was most recently associate general counsel for corporate and compliance at CoStar Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP). She previously served as general counsel and secretary at NewPoint Real Estate Capital and vice president and deputy general counsel at Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC).
