Goodman Real Estate, a Seattle-headquartered real estate investment company specializing in multifamily and commercial real estate, has acquired Town Deer Valley Apartments, a 388-unit Class A property located in Phoenix, for $131.1 million.
The sale was facilitated by Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) Phoenix, who served as the selling broker. The deal was further supported by Walker & Dunlop, who provided financing solutions for the transaction.
