The Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) announced an international data integration agreement with Omni Multiple Listing Service (Omni MLS), the largest multiple listing service in Latin America.
According to the organization, HAR’s 48,000 MLS subscribers will have direct access to more than 60,000 listings across 22 countries, while Omni MLS members will be able access HAR’s listings.
The Omni MLS listings can be found in the Matrix interface used by HAR members.
“We are opening up new horizons for our subscribers and providing them with the tools they need to succeed in an increasingly global marketplace,” said HAR.com Board Chairman Mario Arriaga. “This collaboration with Omni MLS will enhance our subscribers’ abilities to serve their clients, whether they are looking to buy, sell, lease or invest in properties in Texas or abroad.”
More incremental steps to globalization, Agenda 2030 goals & ultimately Agenda 2050. The new world order, the great reset, no borders, one world currency, one world religion, one world government, one big ONE WORLD MLS – that’s where it’s heading. Could be why the buyer compensation matter was completely changed and changes in local boards. Nothing is by accident.
Since the Texas mls probably feeds to Zillow and other aggregator sites this means a new crop of international leads they can sell to agents desperate enough to buy them.
