Actress Julia Roberts has sold her San Francisco mansion less than two weeks after putting it on the market.
Realtor.com reported the five-level property in the city’s Presidio Heights neighborhood was acquired by the Oscar-winner in January 2020 for $8.3 million. The listing price was $11.75 million, but a final price was not announced because the sale is still pending.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home was built in 1912 and encompasses a tall and narrow 6,135 square feet – the lot on which it is built only covers 3,188 square feet. Among its features are three grand fireplaces, a bar, a gym and a spa.
Roberts and her husband, cinematographer Daniel Moder, are known to have properties in Malibu, New York City and Taos, New Mexico.
