KB Home (NYSE: KBH), announced the grand opening of Greenleaf Grove, its new cul-de-sac community in the Seattle metro area city of Bothell, Washington.

The community’s homes feature two-story floor plans offering up to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. According to the company, homebuyers can personalize their new residences, from floor plans to exterior styles to where they live in the community. The homes are also designed to be Energy Star certified and engineered to be energy- and water-efficient.

Pricing at Greenleaf Grove starts at $1.3 million.
