Kind Lending, LLC, and RE/MAX Result, a franchise serving Minnesota and Wisconsin, have formed a joint venture mortgage company called Results Home Mortgage, LLC, to serve home buyers in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The new lender will be based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This is the second joint venture Kind Lending has launched. The first was with eXp World Holdings in 2021.
